This individual will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality video content that aligns with the company’s objectives and client needs. From pre-production planning to final edits, the Videographer will be involved in every stage of the video production process, ensuring that the end result is both visually captivating and on-brand.

- Video Production: Operate cameras and other equipment to capture footage for various projects, including corporate videos, commercials, promotional materials, social media content, and events.
- Pre-Production: Collaborate with the producer and team members to understand project requirements and goals. Understand how to read storyboards, shot lists, and production schedules.
- Post-Production: Edit footage using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) to create polished, compelling videos. Add graphics, sound, and effects as needed.
- Lighting & Audio: Set up and operate lighting, sound, and other equipment to ensure high-quality footage in various environments.
- Quality Control: Review and ensure that all video content meets company and client standards, maintaining a high level of visual and audio quality.
- Project Management: Maintain a well-organized workflow and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet fast-paced deadlines.
- Creative Input: Contribute innovative ideas to enhance storytelling, and stay up to date with trends and advancements in video production.
- Proven experience as a videographer or similar role in a media or production environment.
- Proficient with video production equipment (e.g., cameras, drones, gimbals, lighting setups).
- Strong knowledge of video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Familiarity with color grading and basic audio mixing.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for video content across various channels is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics and visual effects (Adobe After Effects or similar).
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video production work.
- Experience in live streaming or multi-camera productions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or equivalent experience.
- On a project with flexible working hours.
- Occasional travel may be required for on-location shoots or events.
